Do not use ZapSite for illegal activity; prohibited goods or services; sexual exploitation or child abuse material; trafficking; credible threats; targeted harassment; unlawful discrimination; or extremist or violent abuse.
Rights and deception
Do not violate intellectual-property, privacy, publicity, or confidentiality rights. Do not impersonate others, deceive people about identity or affiliation, phish, spam, distribute malware, steal credentials, or publish materially misleading business claims.
Sensitive data
Do not collect highly sensitive information unless you have a lawful, secure, and explicitly supported basis. ZapSite’s standard enquiry features should not be treated as a specialist system for health, financial, identity, or other highly sensitive records.
Platform and security abuse
Do not attack, probe, scrape, reverse engineer unlawfully, bypass quotas or abuse controls, consume resources unreasonably, interfere with ZapSite or third parties, or use the service in a way that creates material legal, security, or reputational risk.
Enforcement
