Agreement and operator
ZapSite AI is operated by Ali Saleh, Australian sole trader (ABN 62 784 011 060). By using ZapSite you agree to these Terms and the linked Acceptable Use, Privacy, and Refund policies. If you use ZapSite for a business, you confirm you have authority to bind it.

The service and plans
ZapSite turns a business brief into a website draft that an owner can edit, privately preview, and publish. Free includes one website slot on a ZapSite-hosted address and displays ZapSite branding.
Monthly Pro includes up to ten website slots, custom-domain support, and removal of eligible ZapSite branding for $20 USD per month. A limited lifetime Pro offer may provide the same features for a one-time $49 USD payment. “Lifetime” means for as long as ZapSite continues to operate the applicable service; it applies to one account, is not transferable, and does not include domain registration, renewal, or other third-party costs.
AI output and customer review
AI-generated text may be inaccurate, incomplete, similar to other material, or unsuitable for your circumstances. ZapSite uses stock-media providers rather than generating website images with AI at launch. You must review all business claims, contact information, images, pricing, intellectual-property permissions, and legal content before publishing. ZapSite does not guarantee rankings, conversions, traffic, availability, or uniqueness.
Your content and responsibilities
You retain ownership of content you provide. You give ZapSite a limited, worldwide licence to host, copy, process, adapt, transmit, and display that content only as needed to operate, secure, and provide the service.
You are responsible for published content, permissions, business claims, privacy notices, enquiry forms, and compliance with applicable law. Do not upload content you lack the right to use.
USD billing, taxes, and cancellation
Prices are shown and charged in United States dollars (USD). Applicable taxes are calculated at checkout. Eligible transactions are sold through Link using Stripe Managed Payments, with Link acting as merchant of record and handling applicable indirect-tax collection and remittance. Your bank or payment provider may apply currency-conversion or international transaction fees.
Monthly Pro renews each month until cancelled. Manage or cancel it through the Stripe-hosted billing portal in Studio. Cancellation stops future renewal and normally keeps Pro active until the end of the already-paid period. Deleting a website or stopping use does not cancel billing. Lifetime Pro is a one-time purchase and does not renew. The Refund Policy applies.
Domains and third parties
Pro customers may connect domains they own or control. Registration and renewal are not included. Domain, DNS, payment, hosting, AI, stock-media, and other third-party services can affect availability and are outside ZapSite’s complete control.
Availability, suspension, and termination
ZapSite may maintain or change the service and may restrict access where reasonably necessary for security, legal compliance, non-payment, material breach, or platform integrity. Features and reasonable usage limits may change as the product develops.
You may request account deletion by emailing hello@zapsiteai.com. Deletion is subject to limited retention for provider backups, security, payment records, dispute resolution, accounting, taxation, and other legal obligations as described in the Privacy Policy.
ZapSite intellectual property and feedback
ZapSite and its software, branding, and service materials remain owned by their respective rights holders. These Terms do not transfer those rights. If you provide feedback, you permit ZapSite to use it without obligation, while avoiding disclosure of your confidential information.
Consumer rights and liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
To the extent permitted by law, ZapSite is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss caused by customer content, third-party services, unauthorised account access, or use of unreviewed AI output. Any limitation applies only to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Changes, disputes, and governing law
We may update these Terms and will publish a new version and effective date. Send notices, questions, or disputes to hello@zapsiteai.com. These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, subject to mandatory consumer protections. If one provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue.
