What you need
- An active eligible Pro plan
- A domain you own or are allowed to manage
- Access to the place where that domain’s DNS settings are managed
Compare ZapSite plans before upgrading.
1. Add the domain in ZapSite
Open the website’s domain settings in ZapSite Studio. Enter the domain. ZapSite will show the exact DNS records you need to add.
2. Copy the DNS records
DNS records tell the domain where the website lives. Copy the records from ZapSite into your domain provider exactly as shown. Domain purchase and renewal are not included with ZapSite.
3. Wait, then verify
DNS changes are not always immediate. Return to Studio and check the connection. The domain is ready only when verification succeeds and the website opens at that address.
If it does not connect
Check for typing mistakes, old records using the same name, and whether enough time has passed. If you contact support, include safe screenshots—but never account passwords or sign-in links.
